Series of Geometrical Tests at various stages are carried out along with Dynamic balancing, vibration test, noise level test & Temperature measurement

Load test for measuring stiffness values like AXIAL PLAY / RADIAL PLAY are conducted to ensure rigidity.
RAMPING-UP of spindles units up-to maximum speed and stabilization are conducted.

Series of Geometrical Tests at various stages as per Indian Standards are conducted along with VIBRATION, SPEED, NOISE LEVEL & TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT.

Load Tests for measuring stiffness values, Axial Play will be conducted Continuous Test Running until stabilization report generated.
